Lord Abbett Mid Cap Stock Fund Class R6 LMCHX

Jeff Diamond has stepped down as comanager of Lord Abbett Mid Cap Stock and Lord Abbett Fundamental Equity, although he remains at the firm. John Hardy maintains his role as lead manager on both strategies. Diamond joined Lord Abbett Mid Cap Stock’s management team in 2008 and served as the lead manager from October 2013 to September 2018. He became a manager on Lord Abbett Fundamental Equity in September 2018. During his roughly five-year leadership stint, Lord Abbett Mid Cap Stock's record lagged those of its yardsticks, the Russell Midcap Value Index and typical mid-cap value peer. Importantly, Darnell Azeez, head of the value team, remains comanager on Lord Abbett Fundamental Equity, while Mike Kovac, who joined Lord Abbett Mid Cap Stock's management team in May 2024 after more than 15 years as a financials analyst, remains as comanager on that strategy. Because leadership and support remain intact on both strategies, Diamond’s departure does not affect either strategy’s Average People rating or their Morningstar Medalist Ratings.
