Comanager Departure and Addition on Invesco Diversified Dividend; Ratings Unchanged

Analyst Note

On Sept. 30, 2026, Invesco announced that Belinda Cavazos joined the management team of Invesco Dividend Income and Invesco Diversified Dividend, effective immediately. Additionally, comanager Chris McMeans departed the firm on the same date. Lead manager Peter Santoro and comanagers Craig Leopold and Caroline Le Feuvre remain. These changes do not change the strategies’ Above Average People ratings or their Morningstar Medalist Ratings. Cavazos is well aligned to help run the strategies. She has comanaged Invesco Rising Dividends alongside Santoro since he took over that strategy in 2022. Cavazos is a member of Invesco’s US core team, while Santoro leads the US dividend team and is CIO for both teams. Bringing Cavazos on as a comanager on Dividend Income and Diversified Dividend further strengthens the ties between the two groups. Cavazos is simultaneously relinquishing her portfolio management roles on Invesco Main Street Mid Cap and Invesco Main Street All Cap, alleviating some responsibilities to help make the transition easier. These moves are part of sweeping changes, with several departures, across the firm’s fundamental equities platform to better streamline responsibilities.
