Strategy

The investment seeks total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund pursues its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of real estate-related companies. These securities may include common stocks, preferred stocks, and other equity securities, including, but not limited to, REITs and similar REIT-like entities, such as foreign entities that have REIT characteristics and real estate operating companies.
