Analyst Note

On July 24, 2026, Janus Henderson announced that Greg Wilensky, head of US fixed income and core plus strategies, will retire in June 2027. Wilensky has been a named manager on this fund since February 2020, and a direct replacement isn't expected to be named. His comanagers on this strategy, Jeremiah Buckley and Michael Keough, named here since 2015 and 2019, respectively, will continue in their roles. The trio has effectively worked together to manage this balanced fund, pairing Buckley's equity expertise with Keough and Wilensky's fixed-income experience to deliver strong long-term returns. Wilensky's experience will be missed, but Buckley and Keough's continued presence inspires confidence that the strategy can stay on track. It continues to earn an Above Average People rating.
