Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of equity and equity-related securities. It generally invests in the equity securities of issuers the manager believes are undervalued. The manager expects to maintain long and short positions so that the fund’s portfolio is approximately between 30% and 70% net long. It is non-diversified.
