Strategy

The investment seeks to provide capital growth and appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities (80% policy). It will invest primarily in common stocks of non-U.S. companies, which may include companies located or operating in developed or emerging markets.
