Hartford announced in a regulatory filing on March 17, 2020, that comanager Mark Vincent has left Hartford Dividend and Growth and will leave subadvisor Wellington Management at the end of the month. Vincent, who joined Wellington in 2008, had been a comanager on this fund since March 2017. Matthew Baker is still going to succeed retiring lead manager Edward Bousa in July, and comanager Nataliya Kofman remains, so Vincent's departure does not alter the fund's Morningstar Analyst Rating of Silver for its cheapest shares, Bronze for its moderately priced shares, and Neutral for its most expensive share class.
