Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. and foreign (non-U.S.) companies and normally will invest in at least three countries. It may invest up to 15% of its assets in illiquid or restricted securities. The fund is non-diversified.
