Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by purchasing equity securities that the Adviser believes are likely to appreciate. It generally seeks to purchase equity securities of large capitalization U.S. companies, and may purchase American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") of international companies trading on U.S. exchanges. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities of large capitalization companies. It is non-diversified.
