Summary

Effective Dec. 27, 2023, Sustainable Growth Advisers will replace Vontobel as manager of Virtus Vontobel Emerging Markets Opportunities. The fund will be renamed Virtus SGA Emerging Markets Equity. The People Pillar rating is Average as SGA’s investment team transitions to its next generation of managers. SGA follows a sound approach, but it has produced mixed results in the emerging-markets context, resulting in an Average Process Pillar rating.
