On Aug. 3, 2020, Kay Haigh became comanager of Goldman Sachs Emerging Markets Debt alongside Samuel Finkelstein and Ricardo Penfold, who have been managers of the strategy since January 2004. Haigh joined Goldman Sachs as co-head of emerging-markets debt in April 2019 following Finkelstein’s nomination as co-CIO of global fixed income. Previously, Haigh was an emerging-markets portfolio manager at Stone Milliner Asset Management and the global head of emerging-markets at Morgan Stanley in London.
