Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. companies that meet the Adviser’s criteria for quality. The fund also may invest in equity securities of foreign companies in both developed and emerging markets. It may invest in initial public offerings ("IPOs") and securities of companies with any market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
