Strategy

The investment seeks to provide investment results approximating the aggregate price and dividend performance of the securities included in the S&P 500® Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all, and normally at least 80% of its total assets in the equity securities (primarily common stocks and stock index derivatives) included in the S&P 500® Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the S&P 500® Index. It is non-diversified.
