Analyst Note

In December 2022, Ryan Kinkade, the head of Franklin Templeton's manager research team, left the firm for Principal Asset Management. This team helps select the underlying strategies used in numerous Franklin funds of funds and model portfolio separate accounts, including Franklin's Allocator series of funds. This change continues a string of senior departures from that team. However, Franklin's broader allocation team is adequately staffed, and some experienced manager research analysts remain. So, this change doesn't alter the strategy's Average People rating. And it continues to earn a Morningstar Analyst Rating of Neutral across all share classes.
