The investment seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation alongside positive societal impact. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest itsassets so that at least 80% of its net assets (plus anyborrowings for investment purposes) are invested infixed-income investments rated below investmentgrade which, in the Adviser’s view, also provide thepotential for contributing to positive societal impactaligned to the United Nations SustainableDevelopment Goals.
