Summary

Federated Hermes International Leaders has become much less expensive. Federated recently lowered the expense ratios of the strategy’s five share classes by 14 to 18 basis points each. The fee cuts are certainly significant, but this strategy has Average People, Process, and Parent Pillar ratings. Per the Morningstar Medalist Ratings methodology, strategies with Average ratings across the board cannot receive higher than a Neutral overall rating, so the A, IS, R, and R6 share classes—which have roughly 98% of the assets—stay at Neutral.
