First Eagle announced that Alan Barr has relinquished his portfolio management responsibilities on various First Eagle strategies, effective Dec. 17, 2026, and will retire from the firm. This includes the Overseas Fund and Overseas Equity ETF, as well as the associated separate accounts and offshore vehicles. Concurrently, portfolio managers and senior research analysts Benjamin Bahr and John Masi have been appointed associate portfolio managers on these strategies, effective June 30, 2026, alongside existing managers Matt McLennan, Christian Heck, and Adrian Jones.
