Strategy

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of equity real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate-related investments. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities included in the MSCI U.S. IMI Real Estate 25/25 Index (the index). It lends securities to earn income for the fund.
