Strategy
The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. Normally, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities and equity-related instruments that are tied economically to emerging markets. The adviser seeks to construct a portfolio of long holdings that will outperform the MSCI Emerging Markets Index over time while maintaining similar risk characteristics, including sector and geographic risks. It primarily invests in securities included within the universe of the index, however, it may also invest in securities not included within the index or securities or instruments with similar economic characteristics.
