Two Portfolio Managers Coming Off DF Dent Midcap Growth; No Change to Ratings

Analyst Note

As of Dec. 31, 2023, two of the four listed portfolio managers of DF Dent Midcap Growth came off the fund, though both are staying with the firm. The first of them, Tom O'Neil, has been with DF Dent & Co. since 1985 and managed this fund since its 2011 inception. He came off the all-cap DF Dent Premier Growth DFDPX two years ago, and now he is dropping off Midcap Growth as part of his retirement from portfolio management duties, though he is remaining with the firm to do macro analysis and manage money for some private clients.
