Thomas Bohjalian, head of U.S. REITs at Cohen & Steers and comanager of Cohen & Steers Realty Shares CSRSX and Cohen & Steers Institutional Realty Shares CSRIX, will retire as of June 30, 2021, after 20 years with the firm. Jason Yablon, Bohjalian's comanager on Realty Shares and Institutional Realty Shares, will succeed him as head of U.S. REITs, and Mathew Kirschner has been added as a portfolio manager to both funds, plus Cohen & Steers Real Estate Securities CSDIX, in preparation for the change.
