Strategy

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of predominantly mid to large capitalization companies included in the Russell 1000 Index that are believed to have above-average market appreciation potential. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities of companies located in the United States.
