Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by constructing a portfolio that is comprised, under normal market conditions, of exchange traded funds ("ETFs"), mutual funds (open-end investment companies) derivatives, and/or cash and cash equivalents. The advisor actively allocates the fund's assets across equity ETFs and mutual funds that hold a broad-based basket of equity securities. It is non-diversified.
