Analyst Note

Portfolio manager Ramez Nashed has left Invesco Convertible Securities CNSDX and the firm, effective April 2, 2024. At the same time, James Ong, director of derivative portfolio management for Invesco Fixed Income, was named as a manager on the strategy. Lead portfolio manager Robert Young remains with the fund and will serve as Ong’s comanager going forward.
