Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of net assets in common stocks of small capitalization companies. The managers define small-cap companies as companies with market capitalizations within the collective range of the Russell 2000® and S&P SmallCap 600® Indices.
