Invesco Global Real Estate Income A ASRAX

Chip McKinley, a co-portfolio manager of the Invesco Real Estate IARAX and Invesco Global Real Estate Income ASRAX funds, departed Invesco as of July 5, 2023. McKinley, who had previously managed global real estate portfolios at Cohen & Steers and Franklin Templeton, joined Invesco in January 2022 amid the retirement of three senior people on the firm's real estate team. His departure is certainly a loss for that team, but it does not result in any change to the Above Average People score for Invesco Real Estate and Invesco Global Real Estate Income. Invesco's global real estate team is still a deep one, with 14 people averaging 20 years of experience, and the four remaining portfolio managers have all been with the firm since at least 2005. Also, the team has access to lots of resources at Invesco, including a long-established private real estate team that manages more than $70 billion in assets.
