The investment seeks long term capital growth. The “Subadvisor” seeks to achieve the fund’s investment objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of companies believed to be small- and mid-cap growth-oriented companies that are selected for their long-term capital appreciation potential and which the Subadvisor expects to grow faster than the U.S. economy.
