Longtime Columbia Threadneedle Manager to Retire in 2025; Ratings Unchanged

Analyst Note

Head of US high yield and longtime manager Brian Lavin will retire in March 2025, according to the firm. Lavin joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle legacy teams in 1994 and has managed Columbia High Yield Bond since 2010. Kris Keller, portfolio manager on high-yield institutional mandates, will step in as head of US high yield and oversee the team and resources behind this strategy.
