Purpose Bitcoin Yield ETF - Non-Hedged Class F Units Strategy
Strategy
The fund seeks to provide unitholders with (a) monthly distributions and (b) long-term capital appreciation. The fund will achieve its investment objectives primarily by obtaining exposure to Bitcoin and by implementing a derivatives-based strategy in respect of portfolio securities. In order to seek to generate additional returns and enhance the portfolio’s income, the manager may write covered call options and cash covered put options from time to time in respect of the securities held by the fund.
