The Fund seeks to provide income and long-term capital appreciation through exposure to equity securities of issuers in the health-care sector, while mitigating some downside risk through exposure to a covered call strategy. The Fund will invest primarily in equity securities of issuers in the health care sector, including health-care and health-care-related companies.
