The fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P Total Market Index, net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, fund will primarily invest in securities of one or more iShares ETFs and/or U.S. equity securities. Fund’s current principal investment strategy is to invest one or more iShares ETFs and/or Index Securities.
