The fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P 500 Index, net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, fund will primarily invest in securities of one or more iShares ETFs and/or U.S. equity securities. Fund’s current principal investment strategies are to invest in one or more iShares ETFs and/or to employ a Replicating Strategy.
