The fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Investable Market Index, net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, fund will primarily invest in securities of one or more iShares ETFs and/or equity securities issued by issuers located in emerging market countries. Fund’s current principal investment strategy is to employ a Replicating Strategy.
