Long-term growth of capital through investments in a portfolio comprised primarily of securities of large-capitalization issuers located outside North America. The Fund relies on the professional judgment of its subadvisor to make decisions about the Fund’s portfolio investments. The Fund invests primarily in a broad range of equity or equity-type securities including depositary receipts. The Fund may invest in issuers in developed and developing countries; a significant portion of its assets may be invested in issuers in developing countries.
