The investment seeks to provide income and capital preservation. The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that is designed as a multi-asset income strategy and pursues its investment objective by investing in publicly traded fixed income ETFs, publicly traded closed-end funds (“CEFs”) and other registered investment companies, sponsored American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), common stock, commodities and fixed income securities. The fund is non-diversified.
