Canary Marinade Solana ETF SOLC Strategy

The investment seeks to track the performance of SOL, as measured by the CME CF Solana – Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant adjusted for the Trust’s expenses and other liabilities. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold SOL and establish its net asset value (“NAV”) by reference to the CME CF Solana – Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant (“Pricing Benchmark”). The Trust is sponsored by Canary Capital Group LLC (the “Sponsor”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Canary Capital Group Inc.
