Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) and seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities issued by companies listed on a U.S. exchange. It is non-diversified.
