The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”). The investment objective of the fund is to seek to provide long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities.
