The investment seeks to achieve long term capital appreciation. SSGA Funds Management, Inc. (the “Adviser” or “SSGA FM”), the investment adviser to the fund, seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by investing the fund's assets based on a model portfolio provided by Bridgewater Associates, LP (the “Sub-Adviser” or “Bridgewater”), the investment sub-adviser to the fund.
