Strategy

The investment seeks to provide long-term growth. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that under normal circumstances seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in domestic and foreign, common and preferred stocks and American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) and Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) and royalty trusts interests, and Master Limited Partnership ("MLP") interests of publicly listed companies the Adviser determines are “commodity infrastructure-related businesses. It is non-diversified.
