Strategy

The investment seeks current income and capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective primarily by: (i) investing in equity securities of U.S. large-capitalization companies (“Equity Strategy”); and (ii) selling options on broad-based securities indices to generate income (“Options Strategy”). It is non-diversified.
