The investment seeks to provide current income. The fund seeks to primarily invest under normal circumstances in common stock of Space Exploration Technologies Corp., commonly known as SpaceX, (SPCX or “Underlying Security”) and/or derivative instruments on SPCX, backed by a portfolio of Fixed Income Instruments of varying maturities, which may be represented by options and forwards, as well as Preferred Securities Instruments. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in the Underlying Security or derivatives on the Underlying Security. The fund is non-diversified.
