The investment seeks total return. Total return consists of capital appreciation and income. The fund, an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”), seeks to provide exposure to two different asset classes, a modern digital asset class (bitcoin), and a traditional asset class (gold). It is non-diversified.
