Fidelity Cloud Computing ETF FCLD Strategy

The investment seeks to provide investment returns that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the performance of the Fidelity Cloud Computing Index℠. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the fund's assets in securities included in the index and in depositary receipts representing securities included in the index. The index is designed to reflect the performance of a global universe of companies across the market capitalization spectrum that provide products or services enabling the increased adoption of cloud computing, characterized by the delivery of computing services over the internet. The fund is non-diversified.
