The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective primarily by investing in equity securities of U.S. large-capitalization companies (“Equity Strategy”) and, opportunistically, through an options overlay designed to provide commodity-linked return exposure. It is non-diversified.
