Strategy

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities, which primarily include common stock, depositary receipts and ETFs that principally provide exposure to equity securities. It is non-diversified.
