Strategy

The investment seeks to track the performance of bitcoin, as measured by the performance of the FTSE Bitcoin Index (the “Index”), as adjusted for the Trust’s expenses and other liabilities. The index is designed to track the performance of bitcoin in U.S. dollars. The index is calculated on weekdays and on Sundays.
