The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities (which may include common stocks and/or depositary receipts), or derivative instruments, such as swap agreements and options contracts, that provide exposure to Quantum Companies. It is non-diversified.
