BondBloxx CCC Rated USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF XCCC Strategy

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Bloomberg US High Yield 300MM B 2% Issuer Capped Index composed of CCC (or its equivalent) fixed rate U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in high-yield, below-investment grade bonds denominated in U.S. dollars of corporate issuers, either directly or indirectly (e.g., through derivatives). The index is sponsored by the index Provider, which is independent of the fund and BIM.
