BondBloxx B Rated USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF XB Strategy

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Bloomberg U.S. High Yield 300MM CCC 2% Issuer Capped Index (the “Index”), composed of B (or its equivalent) fixed rate U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in high-yield, below-investment grade bonds denominated in U.S. dollars of corporate issuers, either directly or indirectly (e.g., through derivatives). The index is sponsored by the index Provider, which is independent of the fund and BIM.
